Join us for a Beers for Deers at Ivory Jacks in Fairbanks on Tuesday January 16th, 2024, from 6pm - 8 PM. The Mule Deer Foundation is developing chapters in Alaska to support the Sitka Blacktail Initiative. Director of Field Operations, Marshall Johnson and Alaskan Regional Conservation Coordinator, Scott Leorna, will be hosting an informational social (including a silent auction). Currently there are three chapters in Alaska; Kodiak Blacktail Chapter, The Mount Edgecumbe Blacktail Chapter in Sitka and the Prince of Wales Blacktail Chapter. Chapters support our efforts to improve habitat & research for the Sitka Blacktail thru fundraising events such as banquets, raffles, auctions and other events. If you have interest in supporting efforts for the Sitka Blacktail, enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded people and being a part of some fun events, stop in and visit us to learn more, and while there, have a beer to help the deer!
